The better the scoring balance, the better the team. Now if only the Magic can do the same thing when it comes to rebounding.

The Magic got five players in double figures Friday night, the 10th time they have turned that trick this season. They are 9-1 when it happens, but it didn’t hurt that they committed just five turnovers.

“When we move the ball and get some balance, we can be a pretty good offensive team,” said guard J.J. Redick.

The Magic (14-9) won its second consecutive game since ending that dreadful and dramatic four-game losing streak earlier this week that threatened to destroy their season.

After they defeated the Cavs 102-94 on Friday, the road will get considerably tougher now.

A recent season-high four-game losing streak was plagued with turnovers, inconsistent play on defense and stale offense. Since then, the Magic have dug out of the muck, earning their second straight victory, 102-94 over the Cleveland Cavaliers Friday night.
