CO Horse Betting Rules
Colorado horse betting is legal. The state has had legal horse betting for quite some time since pari-mutuel betting was legalized in the 1950s. Betting on races online is a relatively new phenomenon in Colorado, but the industry is growing.
Betting on horse racing is legal with the one provision that websites must be licensed to offer Advance Deposit Wagering. Websites that are legal in Colorado will clearly state that fact on their account sign up page.
