Hornets Team Report (Yahoo! Sports)
The Hornets’ 120-103 home loss to the Suns on Wednesday was an aberration because New Orleans generally keeps its opponent’s point total in the low 90s.
The scoring pace in San Antonio on Thursday was much like the norm for the Hornets as the Spurs scored just 93 points.
But this game just illustrated the fact that the Hornets rarely get enough players scoring consistently to win even when they’re holding the opponent’s total down.

Duncan scored 19 points, Tony Parker had had 18 and the Spurs ran away from the New Orleans Hornets in the fourth quarter to win their third in a row, 93-81 on Thursday night.

Oklahoma City’s Kevin Durant prevented a clean Los Angeles sweep of the Western Conference starting lineup…
