Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade Sued For Homosexual Encounters: Is This the Truth?

No.

Well, to be fair, we don’t have any evidence that supports either side of the argument.

We don’t know if Dwyane Wade, Carmelo Anthony, Mark Cuban, and Jerry Buss did anything that was stated by Jonathan Lee Riches.

But common sense tells us that they are most likely innocent.

But who is filing these lawsuits?

Like I said earlier, Jonathan Lee Riches.

A man incarcerated in the Federal Medical Center in Arlington, Kentucky. He has sued everyone from Mike Vick to George W. Bush.

He has also filed lawsuits on other big name celebrities such as Bernie Madoff and Perez Hilton. In fact, this man has been called “the most litigious man in the world”  in the Guiness Book Of World Records.

So why is he filing this suit against high profile NBA players? Well, he’s crazy.

Jonathan Riches claims that he and Anthony had a sexual relationship and that he was going to write a juicy book about their encounters. He also said that he committed identity theft to buy Anthony GNC vitamins to help Anthony’s basketball career and that Carmelo and Tim Donaghy bet on Nuggets’ games together.

If this is true, this is the biggest scandal in the history of the NBA, but it isn’t.

“Riches went on to assert that Anthony and Wade are swingers, and that they both did drugs with Kate Moss and steroids with Barry Bonds.

As for Cuban, he claims that the Mavericks owner stole his credit cards to try to buy the Texas Rangers and that he assaulted him at Dairy Queen.

Buss, Riches said, sold him his sister Jeannie Buss on Ebay, while he claims that Reinsdorf solicited sex from him via eHarmony.com.”

Is this supposed to add credibility to his story?

Really, what I see here is a wacko trying to draw attention to himself (obviously).

If anyone involved in this lawsuit has to even hire a lawyer, I’d be really surprised.

So no, this lawsuit probably won’t be taken seriously by the court of law, and I wouldn’t expect this to be in the headlines over the next few months.
